          This is a verified petition for Correction of Entries in the Birth Records of Jenny Rose Cajigal Calaycay, Jheraldine Cajigal Calaycay and Jamaica Cajigal Calaycay filed by Jenalyn C. Cajigal of Brgy. 7-A Badoc, Ilocos Norte, through counsel, praying that after due notice, publication and hearing, judgment be rendered ordering respondents, the Civil Registrar General of the Philippine Statistics Authority, Manila and the Civil Registrar of Badoc, Ilocos Norte, to correct the Birth Records of the three (3) children, namely: JENNY ROSE CAJIGAL, JHERALDINE CAJIGAL CALAYCAY and JAMAICA CAJIGAL CALAYCAY, by stating in the Column Date of Marriage and Place of Marriage, the words “NO MARRIAGE”.

          The Court hereby sets the initial hearing of the Petition on October 30, 2017 at 1:30 P.M., at the session hall of this Court located at the Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Batac, Ilocos Norte, on which date, time and place, all interested parties may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.

          Let this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Ilocos Norte and the City of Laoag.

          Let also copies of this petition and this Order be furnished the Local Civil Registrar of Badoc, Ilocos Norte, the Civil Registrar-General, National Statistics Office, Quezon City, the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Batac City, Ilocos Norte and the Office of the Solicitor General, Manila.
