ORDER
A verified petition has been filed by
the petitioner thru counsel wherein she prayed that after due notice,
publication and hearing, the Court issues an order granting that the Decree of
Divorce obtained by the private respondent is judicially recognized and
enforced as valid and an order be issued directing the public respondents Local
Civil Registrar of Laoag City and the National Statistics Office Civil Registrar
General to annotate the fact of the Dissolution Decree in the marriage
certificate of the petitioner and private respondent.
Finding the petition to be sufficient
in form and substance, the hearing of the same is set on November 10, 2016 at
8:30 in the morning before this Court sitting at the ground floor of the Marcos
Hall of Justice, Laoag City.
The Local Civil Registrar of Laoag
City, the Civil Registrar General, National Statistics Office, Manila and any
person having or claiming any interest may, within fifteen (15) days from
notice of the publication or from the last date of publication of this order
file his opposition thereto.
Let a copy of this Order be Published
once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation
and copy of this Order and Petition be furnished to the Office of the City
Prosecutor, Laoag City, the Local Civil Registrar of Laoag City, the Civil
Registrar General, the National Statistiscs Office, Manila and the Office of
the Solicitor General, 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
